Laser marking unit - LP-V
FAYb Laser Marker for Semiconductor Packages LP-W, obtains low voltage rating with electromagnetic compatibility. They are ideal for small sample operations, providing minute and uniform precise markings to small electronic parts including chip-sized components. They are also equipped with a laser output console and a responsive galvanoscanner, that allows very little printing at 10 μm 0.4 mil.They feature the heat-suppressing technology that permits a dissipating functionality for minimized consumables, nil liquid coolant requirements, and eliminated facility extension. Their air-cooled oscillator is a comprehensive project from the intensive research and development from Panasonic Industrial Devices SUNX.
Their architecture is defined with a minimal footprint which is smaller than the size of a B5 sheet of paper, for less space consumption.
