This is a compact, modular scribing CO2 laser, which can deliver permanent coding of the highest quality of variable data, text, logos and even barcodes. The high power vector technology used by the manufacturer is well suited for printing on materials such as painted metals, glass and inked paper, in industries such as food, pharmaceutical, beverage and personal care.

In terms of benefits, this item can achieve an output rate of up to 1,000 products per minute, without any external cooling requirements. The modular design is innovative and consists of three components, the laser head, cable and controller.

The laser head is compact and robust, while the modular cooling concept ensures optimal laser performance. Finally, there is a wide choice of lenses, while the color screen display makes operation more intuitive.

The dot matrix technology used by the manufacturer is patented and enables outstanding print speed for various lot and date code applications in the beverage, good and personal care industries.

High output rates and print contrasts are also possible, with up to 650 products per minute of various materials including plastic, glass and chipboard cartons.
