The compact CO2 laser in this product series is able to deliver basic and permanent coding of products, including text and variable data. In terms of the power, this version comes in 10W and represents the ideal solution for one- to three-line applications. The dot matrix technology used by the manufacturer is patented and enables outstanding print speed for various lot and date code applications in the beverage, good and personal care industries. High output rates and print contrasts are also possible, with up to 650 products per minute of various materials including plastic, glass and chipboard cartons. The device is able to print codes of up to one meter in length, while the patented dot matrix technology was used for optimal laser performance as well as increased laser source reliability and the reduction of operating costs.
