The totally encapsulated heating elements RPM (jacket heater) and RDO (mandrel heater) are ideal for heating the nozzle and tool of plastic injection moulding machines. The totally encapsulated heating elements RPK Tubular Cartridge Heater (jacket heater) and RDK (mandrel heater) are ideal for heating hot runner systems. They are also suitable for use in tooling. The accurate fitting tolerances ensure optimal heat transfer and an homogeneous melt temperature. An extremely small stainless steel flexible connection tube (2,5 mm diameter) ensures minimum space required for leads. The proven Tubular Cartridge Heaters RPK/RDK are mechanically robust (stainless steel head and bottom) and with their extended operating times are suitable for many situations.

The RPI Tubular Cartridge Heater is ideal for the heating of hot runner systems and distribution blocks. With a wall thickness of only 3mm the new RPI is extremely space efficient. The new technology encapsulated heater consists of one heating element in stainless steel tube. To simplify maintenance the heater is available with optional patented clamp lock. The lock facilitates easy installation and removal, simplifying disassembly and saving maintenance time. The lock needs less than 1 mm of additional space. The RPI Tubular Cartridge Heater can be supplied with various heating elements of different resistive characteristics. The heat capacity will be temperature stable with lead extended matched to individual requirements.
