The WATER SPRAY TANKS MSBHI from Conair stands out from its competition because it produces a high-pressure spray that cools tube and profile extrusions faster and in less space. Its cooling rates can also increase further with an optional pump and heat exchanger system. This machine is very easy to operate because it has built-in water manifold system that has water valves dedicated to each chamber. This is made with high class stainless-steel components which guarantees its durability. Other surfaces are painted for corrosion resistance. This is available in 4.9meters, a 2-chamber tank which is 7.3meters and a three-chamber tank.

The Conair MCB cooling tanks are designed for flood cooling of tubing, profile or pipe extrusions. An optional spray cooling feature is also available. the cooling functionality can extend up to 155 mm (6 inches). The flood cooling mechanism features internal plumbing that can handle considerable turbulence, displaces warm water that usually insulates the product, ensuring efficient cooling. The spray cooling functionality uses evaporative cooling to improve the rate of heat transfer. To intuitively adjust the water level for both spray and flood cooling, an adjustable rotary water control is implemented.
