Guyson’s model 75/12 Cyclone reclaimer features separation capacity for sparing almost all manual cabinet blast systems. It is ideal for several suction-blast machines with multiple guns.
The model 75/12 features a standard 1.3 cubic foot suction hopper for blasting media with feed ports for up to four blast guns, with availability of greater capacities if needed. A continuously welded steel plate with 1/8-inch thickness is used for fabrication of the reclaimer. For mounting this reclaimer, usually a robustly-welded iron frame of 24-inch x 28-inch is used.
The freestanding 75/12 cyclone is 75 inches long for installing in a typical suction-blast. For standard installation in a pressure-blast, the cyclone stack-up featuring a small-sized pressure vessel is 138 inches long.
The 75/12 cyclone features a 1 HP AC motor when powered. The motor produces an extraction value of max. 750 cubic feet per minute by driving the 12-inch diameter impeller.

The 150/16 cyclone model is a mid-sized reclaimer manufactured by Guyson. This model is roughly fabricated from 1/8" thick continuously welded steel plate. It is mounted on a fixed welded 42x42" angle iron frame.
The device provides a separation capacity for large pressure-blast manual cabinets and multiple-gun automated suction blast systems. It is designed for pneumatically conveying media, dust and fines to the inlet of the 16-inch diameter cyclone body. It has a maximum air flow of 750 cubic feet of air per minute from the bottom of the blast enclosure. Furthermore, the reclaimer is suitable for use on aggressive blast media due to the abrasion-resistant urethane rubber lining of the inlet elbow, and the entire cyclone body and reclaimer cone.

Guysons high-capacity 300/28 cyclone media reclaimer is an ideally suited device to be used with blasting systems equipped with a large number suction blast guns. Its ability to separate dust, fines and other impurities from the high volume of media make it stand apart in its class of products. The sturdy design of this machine comes due to the state of the art materials used in its construction such as 1/8-inch thick continuously welded sheet steel. Further, it is mounted in a firmly welded 36-inch x 48-inch angle iron frame.
Another notable feature of this machine is that any of its components can be replaced separately. You can easily re-line the cyclone due to which design. While working with a suction blast, it stands at a height of 142 inches. The Guyson high-efficiency (HE) cyclone reclaimers are unique compared to others of its size amongst our line-up. Its size, cone and both its openings are proportionate. This results to a more efficient separator that produces an excellent blasting media. Like others of its kind in our line of reclaimers, the HE series cyclones are manufactured using 1/8-inch thick steel. It is then welded continuously to produce a smooth finish with no spot welds. The He cyclone reclaimers work using a dust collector blower generated adjustable airflow, which are designed to remove motorized impellers. Guyson offers high-efficiency cyclones in dimensions suitable for single and multiple gun manual or automated blast systems that have similar reclamation capacities with many of our model cyclones.
