Vibratory screener - TK series
The TK-series, which are manufactured by Metso, are vibrating feeders that have been developed to provide efficient, and reliable quality performance. These feeders are ideal to be used in applications such as scalping, feeding, transporting, and screening of materials. They have a compact, and lightweight design and are integrated with grease lubricated unbalance vibratory motors to generate a linear motion. They also incorporate either a hydraulic drive or a squirrel cage motor.

Circular motion vibratory screener - ES Series
Metso ES, the high-energy elliptical motion screen entails a unique and robust design. The device is also capable of delivering 25% more screening capacity, safe maintenance option and increased uptime when compared to conventional models. The design is such that you have a horizontal screen with elliptical motion of 6G and 20mm stroke. Self-synchronization and elliptical rotation is delivered with the two unbalanced shaft lines. The device can be integrated with two or three decks. A greasing manifold promises centralized grease lubrication. The motion screen is fitted with Metso modular MV vibrator. A pre-configured strongly designed standard deck frame handles modular and tension screening media. The feedbox, discharge spout and cardan shafts are fitted with standard wear and impact resistance rubber linings.

The Nordberg FS Series screens are high performance horizontal screens which feature elliptical vibration. The exceptionally touch 1:3 elliptical ratio contributes to the struggle against plugging and binding when material is very flaky or sticky. The less efficient traditional horizontal screens operate under pure linear motion.
The triple shaft line is synchronized with gears, producing an elliptical vibration. This vibration is adjustable both in shape and angle (ellipse ratio) depending on the application. To standardize maintenance, identical Nordberg MV vibrators are utilized on every Nordberg screen and feeder. An optional automatic greasing unit requires extremely low maintenance with only one annual check being necessary. Side plates can be fitted without any welding and huckbolt assembly required, reducing fatigue stress and enhancing safety.

The design of the WasteMaster GCP makes it ideal for combined action of solids separation in the de-watering and compaction of screened solids. It comes with features such as a conveyor screw, perforated screen basket and a compacting module. The GCE is identical to the WasteMaster GCP, except that it has the compacting zone that the GCP lacks.
