Guyson’s model 75/12 Cyclone reclaimer features separation capacity for sparing almost all manual cabinet blast systems. It is ideal for several suction-blast machines with multiple guns. The model 75/12 features a standard 1.3 cubic foot suction hopper for blasting media with feed ports for up to four blast guns, with availability of greater capacities if needed. A continuously welded steel plate with 1/8-inch thickness is used for fabrication of the reclaimer. For mounting this reclaimer, usually a robustly-welded iron frame of 24-inch x 28-inch is used.
The freestanding 75/12 cyclone is 75 inches long for installing in a typical suction-blast. For standard installation in a pressure-blast, the cyclone stack-up featuring a small-sized pressure vessel is 138 inches long.
The 75/12 cyclone features a 1 HP AC motor when powered. The motor produces an extraction value of max. 750 cubic feet per minute by driving the 12-inch diameter impeller.
