Air/air heat exchanger - KSA

The KSA is an air-to-air heat exchanger developed by Eurodifroid. It is specifically built providing inserts for fitting, 2 m wiring cable, deflector, IP 54 protection rating, and aluminum construction with reinforced tightness.

It is also composed of an exchange system for high loading capacity, and simple design suitable for a wide range of applications. In addition, the structure can be optionally equipped with different tensions and frequencies, RAL painting, and internal cabinet mounting.

The AERO water chiller is manufactured by EURODIFROID. These water chillers can be used to cool process, machines, laser, welding machines, from direct exchange with ambient air. Their small dimensions allow them to be placed even in small areas. They have simple hydraulic and electrical connections. It is also easy to maintain for easier installation and use.

As standard, the chillers are equipped with insulated Polyethylene tank with cover and integrated circulating pump. For temperature control, AERO has been equipped with an electronic thermostat. All these units are tested in manufacturing facility to ensure its quality performance.

The OMT air / oil heat exchangers in this product series were designed for use on the return line of various hydraulic systems. The cooler element comes with a special structure made of aluminum, which increases the quality of the conductivity, while the brase welding process of the conduits facilitates a high thermic exchange and provides good resistance to pressure, which is obtained with the use of qualified materials.

The nominal pressure of 25 bar and the test pressure of 35 bar are two of the most important advantages, while the aluminum construction and the maximum temperature of 120 degrees Celsius complete the list of features. The installation is recommended using a by-pass valve, parallel to the heat exchanger, which can provide protection during start up. Before installing, make sure there is no obstacle in the air flow.
