The Trunnion-Mounted Control Ball Valve (TMCBV) is designed by Valbart. It operates at high pressures and minimizes the torque required for operation. The seats are energized with a spring-loaded process, which allows for tight shutoff (Class V and Class IV) at any pressure.

The seats are designed to keep torque in check and will manage the valve without losing sealant power. This is made with zero differential pressure to keep the valve intact.
