Cable with FastAccess™ Technology is associated with all-dielectric gel-free cable designed for external and restricted indoor use for aerial and duct installations. The innovative FastAccess Technology feature combined with the all-dielectric gel-free loose tube style for simplifying removal of the cable jacket thus reducing cable finish time interval by a minimum half of the usual time taken. There is also sharp decline in risk of unintended fiber damage and risk to installers from sharp cable access tools. These cables are absolutely safe from water seepage and do not require any major maintenance.

The versatile buffer tubes area unit simplify the access to closures of loose tube style isolated fibers from installation. The construction of all-dielectric gel-free cable needs zero bonding or grounding and are very durable due to the presence of their medium-density synthetic resin jacket.

The ALTOS Lite gel-free cables are single-armored, single-jacket models. Offered by Corning Cable Systems, these feature a loose tube design to provide stable and reliable transmission parameters for a range of data, voice, video and imaging applications. They are ideal for campus backbones in direct-buried installation projects. The cables are capable of providing high-fiber density within given cable diameters while simultaneously allowing flexibility to suit various system configurations.

A high-strength ripcord and single-armored construction provide additional rodent and crush protection. Since the cables are gel-free, they are fully water-blocked. Water-swellable and craft-friendly materials used in the design make cable access simple. No clean-up is required. The craft-friendly buffer tubes are also flexible when it comes to routing in closures. Fibers are isolated from the installation thanks to the loose tube and SZ-stranded design. The jackets feature medium-density polyethylene that is durable and easy to strip.
