They have excellent portability and have high precision. The dead weight tester models BH2 have an accuracy of 10-4 and the models extend up to 5000 bars (simple or double piston). The BH2-30B has EM 0.1 ->30 bar, BH2-60B with EM 0.2 ->60 bar, BH2-150B with EM 0.5 ->150 bar. While the BH2-300B sp has EM 1 ->300 bar, the BH2-300B dp with EM 1 ->300 bar, BH2-600B sp EM of 2 ->600 bar, BH2-600B dp EM 1 ->600 bar, BH2-1200B sp with EM 2 ->1200 bar, BH2-1200B dp of EM 1 ->1200 bar. The dead weight tester has been designed for the control and calibration of pressure equipment, with calibration benches that are fast and simple to implement, reliable and economical. They are highly accurate and provide good mobility. The dead weight tester models BH1 offer precision. The OIL models have a range up to 1200 bars (simple piston), the BH1-30B (EM 0.5-30 bar), BH1-60B (EM 0.5-60 bar), BH1-120B (EM 0.5-120 bar), BH1-300B (EM 5-300 bar), BH1-600B (EM 5-600 bar), BH1-1200B (EM 5-1200 bar).

The models AIR have a range up to 120 bars BA1-1B (EM 15-1000 mbar), BA1-1VB (EM 15-900 mbar), BA1-7B (EM 0.15-7 bar), BA1-30B (EM 0.5-30 bar), BA1-60B (EM 0.5-60 bar) and BA1-120B (EM 0.5-120 bar). The products comply with ISO9001 version 2008, being certified and fabricated in France. They also offer several options such as fluid separator, oil cans and the like.

An external 4-20mA loop powered pressure transducer may be used as a reference for calibration of higher pressure. The Furness Control Low-Pressure Calibrator/Controller FCO550, through a dynamic pressure source, functions to minimize the drift complications linked with the sealed systems. This controller involves inputs for voltage and current measurement in order to enable the quick calculation as well as the display of calibration errors for the device under testing. Furthermore, the automated calibrations of this device can be managed through the user control control panel or remotely through a PC. An easy interfacing for software packages like LABVIEW, HPVEE and other similar software is possible because of the implementation of the industry-standard SCPI protocols.

Technical specifications with regards this device, equipped with a high-contrast color TFT display, are as follows: a reading accuracy of < 0.01%, a pressure generation range from 0.5 Pa to 20 kPa and finally, a dual range with 1:20,000 resolution per range.

The pressure standard, based on a piston and balance principal permits to accurate control ultra low pressure calibration. The unique primary pressure and vacuum standard offers 0.001 Pa to 40 kPa (FRS4) range of pressure calibration. The FRS5 draws vacuum from 1 x 10-3 Pa, offers vacuum calibration from 0-1 kPa upwards.
