Accurate linear motion with a compact footprint is provided by the Nanomotion FB Series Linear stages. An uncomplicated, durable construction is a feature of this direct drive motor. A vast array of slider sizes as well as travel and motion sizes can be used with the optical encoders. Doing this can provide up to 10nm in resolution.

The LPTM 30 is manufactured by Owis, and is a linear precision stage that has a compact layout. The dimensions of the unit measures 30 mm W x 16 mm H, and it has a rated load capacity of lesser than or equal to 60 N. The unit also has three travels available which includes 50 mm, 100 mm, and 150 mm. It is integrated with a particular guide which offers optimal motion and high load-bearing capacity.
The LPTM 30 has zero backlash, and is integrated with a ground fine-thread spindle which ensures a highly precise movement. All of its components made of deformation-resistant aluminum are black anodized. It also features a carriage with ground and stainless recirculating ball bearing guides.
