The M-683 dynamic micropositioning stage uses an integrated linear encoder option for enhanced accuracy and piezoceramic direct drive with an available vacuum-compatible version down to 10-6 hPa. The stage self-locking when at rest to prevent excess heat generation and servo jitter.
