The HBS 300 Compact is the economic answer for smaller operations. It features a sanding width of 280 mm, a maximum sanding height of 300 mm and sands a wide range of parts from cover strips to glued beams. This sturdy machine comes with a large, rubber-covered and grooved roller and an oscillating sanding belt for a finer finish. The strong 7.5 kW drive motor allows you to remove up to 1.5 mm thickness in one pass. The constant height of throughfeed makes the use of roller conveyors possible.

The HBS 400 is a solid wood sanding machine, highly versatile and very efficient as it sands from the top. Accurate calibration is possible, thanks to the fully integrated Combi-unit or the air sanding pad, for a copy-sanding. This machine is perfect for large pieces too because it allows for a sanding width of 380mm and thickness of 400mm. This model features a particularly strong design. It has very powerful motors too, with 7.5kW. There is an electronic digital display for checking the parameters. Allows for constant height of throughfeed. The shortest possible length of workpiece is 350mm. Combi-unit turns out to be highly useful because it has special HBS-sanding pad to enable the machine adapt itself to warped pieces or pieces of varying thickness. Integrated with a heavy roller unit for pre-sanding while accurate sanding ensured through CERMET sanding pad.

To meet very special needs, MIDA have developed a new planer Rekor-6 TF. Constant research and a need to use new technologies have spurred MIDA to develop this machine so that they can meet specific requests of customers. The machine has a 4-sided planer that would respect the natural shape of wood, dressing all four sides after coming out from the log carrier. This was not an easy concept. It was necessary to make a machine capable of having vertical floating spindles that could float in tandem - independently - one side at a time yet respecting the wood's natural profile. Each vertical spindle can float around 350 mm, a big achievement.
