Sinergo's sintesi DF MK2 series offers precise tin wire dispensing at high efficiency and repeatability. The compact unit is very easy to install and highly efficient, besides being very low maintenance. It can be connected to the Sinergo induction generators as well as the laser unit in order to create a soldering station that is complete. The MK2 series comes with possibility of connections with PLC interface, RS232 (optional RS485 – MODBUS). There is also a safety circuit present, for integration with industrial machines. A software manages different parameters, saves and recalls program, selects different modes of work, manages password protection and controls self-diagnosis. The keyboard and the fluorescent display can be used easily. Sintesi DF MK2 series is available with fixed motorized groups.
