The Steelfro is a wire feeder mechanism from Oerlikon's Steelflux line. It uses a power supply of 380 V - 50 Hz; has a power requirement of 24 V D.C. - 110 V 50 Hz; an available wire diameter ranging between 9 to 18 mm; an injection speed ranging between 30 to 250 m/min; and a drive power of 21 kw.

The unit comes with 1.2 mm stainless steel and brazing wire suitable for 200 mm or 300 mm wire spools. It is supplied with easy transportation due to low weight, drive rollers uniformity, illumination of internal spaces, standard sliding rails, and tough electronics in a dust-free enclosure.
In addition, the framework is equipped with protected arrangement of connections for moderate hose packages and control cables.

The Alpha Q Drive 4D is capable of doing two welding tasks with one power source. It is used for alternating welding of root and final passes, solid and flux cored wire and other materials and wire thicknesses. The product is encased in a closed steel housing and its dimensions are LxWxH in mm 680x530x460 with a weight of 48 kg. It has a torch trigger which is used for changeover between the wire feeds. No additional torch or changeover is required. The spool diameter is up to 300 mm and there is a 4-roller wire feed equipped for 1.0 mm + 1.2A mm steel wires.
