The COMBI 3S range of pharmaceutical syringe assembling machines are designed for continuous operation with high accuracy repeatability rates. By using positive logic, the system labels each syringe during production, as well as automatically load and assemble syringes, plungers and backstops onto the conveyor. All systems in the series are equipped with a vibrating feeder or elevator and roller conveyor, and can process all sizes of syringes.

The assembly system is easy to install and integrate with other machines. Its external labelling unit is equipped with a printer loging, unwinder, and label backing reeler for optimum automatic labelling control. Optional units may be used to enhance the machine system, such as printing systems, feeding systems, vision systems and the like.
