Syringe assembly machine - COMBI 2 PL
The New COMBI 2 PL NO CONTACT is a robotized machine with a continuous motion designed to assemble disposable syringes and label them automatically. The equipment aids in ensuring the needles are contact with each other. The “No Contact” syringe loading system comprises of a manual loading nest on the in-feed conveyor, a robotized denesting station and an automatic syringe transfer capabilities that loads worm-screw which ensures a free contact between syringe’ flanges. Moreover, the said syringe unloading system works by unloading good syringes through the use of the motorized worm screw that also ensures free contact between the syringes, and a robotized discharge and transfer of syringes mechanism that moves in horizontal position on the infeed conveyor of the thermoforming machine.
