This single acting pull cylinder is used for smaller plants that are tact independent. There is a built in release spring that brings the piston into edge-on position. The edge on time depends on several conditions. So the exact edge on time is not calculable. If feed and edge on are to act tact dependent and/or force stressed in a set interval, it is recommended that a double acting cylinder is used, (consult data sheet 200-3). HYDROKOMP provides a pull cylinder along with threaded connections and O-ring flange connection in different types of designs. During the mounting of the pull cylinder, through a cross hole, the orientation of the cylinder must be set to the front form-closed support, initiating with an operating pressure of 250 bar and up, in so far as the mounting is made traverse to the directional force. User is able to prevent liquids and foreign particles from the ingress into the spring areas of the pull cylinder by using a cover.

There are a variety of special designs available and most of the standard cylinders are used in several operating conditions. Without a surface against tension and because of internal stroke limiters is how the cylinder can be operated. The dynamic leakage is reduced through the double wiper. The single-acting threaded body cylinder is hydraulically operated. Through the drill holes is how the hydraulic oil is fed. By means of a ring seal, the cylinder is sealed against the base of the screw-in hole.

machine tables. It is equipped with either one or two pistons.
The loading of the piston is done hydraulically via a centralized
pressure system connected to a G1/4 threaded port.
Each piston has its separate port.
Various locking cylinders can be integrated into the machine
control system. The relief of the piston is effected by the
pressure reduction in the pressure system.
The locking cylinder does not have any safety device to prevent
the piston from falling out of the housing. It is not allowed to
pressurise the locking cylinder if there is no counter surface
for the piston.
