The cylinders in this series are useful for various applications, especially those in which the load has to be supported for a very long time. The items come with a lock nut that can be screwed down onto the cylinder body, holding the load mechanically. This simple process ensures the safety of an operation under load.
CGG cylinders come with concentric grooves machined into the end of the rod, which improves the load grip. Note that the models over 30t come with lifting eyelets that provide ease of transport. The models over 50t are defined by cylinders that are of a plunging type, preventing any over-stroke. The rod comes with a colored zone that becomes visible 10mm before the end of the piston stroke, while all the models can operate with off-centered load, up to 8% of their nominal capacity.

The CGR series are pancake lock ring cylinders that features an overflow port to limit stroke. A colored area can be found on the rod 10 mm before the utmost stroke is attained. They are ideal to be used in applications wherein the load is left in an elevated position for a long period of time.

The are numerous features associated with the CMC range of cylinders, which are compatible with various applications in the industry. First, the grooves machined into the rod improve the load grip with the models of over 20 tonnes also having two threaded holes in the rod, facilitating the fitting of a tilt saddle. Next, all models come with two through holes, which allows for the cylinder to be bolted down onto a work surface.
The flat sides allow the items to be used horizontally, while the models feature over five tonnes, fitted with a wiper seal. The models over 75 tonnes are fitted with a removable carry handle, while the CMCN56 model is supplied with a coupler of type K71F.
