If the wastewater from your business contains fats, oils and floatable solids, the induced air floatation unit in this product series may be the perfect solution for their removal. The materials can be separated from the liquid and will increase the treatment plant efficiently, helping with the separation of oil from the water by aiding their flotation.

Whenever you have limited dwell time for oils floating to the surface, micro bubbles can be a real boost for getting oils to the surface, which is the point where they can be removed by skimming. This equipment can also get you back into compliance.

Aerator-mixer - BIOMIXER®

The Aeration & Mixing System designed by S&L is an award winning system, with a patented construction, integrating the efficiency of fine bubble diffusion with tremendous mixing capability in a single apparatus which is pre-engineered. BIOMIXER is a unique product, with the slowly rotating fine bubble diffuser blades delivered with a diameter between 14' and 22'. The rotating diffusers can create a highly efficient "air lift pump", providing outstanding mixing of the basin.

Next, the diffuser fouling is eliminated because of the biomass being sheared off by the blades that rotate and the membrane flex in the turbulent wastewater. Next, retraction is a process that allows the diffusers to be raised above the surface for maintenance and inspection, without even draining the basin. This is what makes BIOMIXER accessible for maintenance.

In addition to this, the mechanical aerator blade curvature yields high pumpage with minimal head, maximizing oxygen transfer and mixing.

Cri-Man presents SMO mixer and oxygenation system. With this system, Cri-Man has expanded its product range. The SMO system performs simultaneous and separate operation of two processes. These two processes are mixing and oxygenation of slurry.

The SMO system is highly efficient and easy to use. It consists of a TBO mixer, which is based on the TBM series. The mixer is attached to an air flow conveyor. SMO features a PVO lifting equipment comprising of a rile pipe, support, pulleys, cables, and winch. It includes a TOB compressor for releasing air. The compressor releases the air at the back of the mixer blades via a pipe. This pipe ends in the conveyor, which is attached to the mixer. The mixer circulates the air flow, and thus it ensures excellent mixing and oxygenation. The air flow compressor offers high thrust, which allows to reach better operating depths. This thrust enhances the contact time of air fluids.

The SMO system can run even without a TOB compressor and offer depth up to 1.5m.
