Aerator - max. 105 m³/min, 0.75 - 40 kW | TRN series

The TRN-edition of submerged self-aspiration aerator units customized for aeration and mixing operations of waste-water. An exclusive semi-open impelling unit produces negative pressure around the impeller and takes in air from above the water surface. The drawn air is blended with water in the aerator, and the mixture is then dispersed. Since the mixture of air and water is produced under a compressed state, it assists in extremely productive oxygen dissolution.
The unit is utilized in establishment where each aerator has a limit in its depth, but Tsurumi offers an alternative device which enables establishment of the aerator in deeper places. It is a simple stand or a stand with draft tube, further information is available on demand.

The BER product line is a submersible self-aspiration ejector customized for aeration and mixing processes of waste-water. It is comprised of a merge of submersible pump and venturi-jet based diffusing unit. The BER series collects in air and releases the combination of air and water through the diffuser, where the release generates a single but strong mixing current in the water. It is ideal for pre-aeration in sewage and waste-water treatment, mixing to avoid sludge precipitation, supply of oxygen in aquaculture and other processes.

The TAR series of submersible aerators for wastewater treatment have an axial flow impeller and it can be used in conjunction with an air blower. Large amounts of descending water current is created by the impeller when the blower provided air is diffused with fine bubbles.

The aerator disperses the air and water mixture from the bottom outlet that is found deep in the water. This setup allows for significant high oxygen transfer to occur. As the aerator creates this strong water current it allows for an extended area to be mixed.

Anaerobic mixing and aerobic treatment can be carried out with the TAR series just through the operation or the stopping of the blower operation.

The specially designed submerged aerator finds application in small water treatment systems, pond water oxygenation and fish farms. The new NOVAIR system with its specific design guarantees optimal oxygenation of water treatment plants through large and thick cloud of fine bubbles. The fluid dynamics study emphasizes on the impellers blade profiles to avoid any damage to the microorganisms present in water prior to the operation. The body of the vertically installed aerator is supplied with a supporting base.

The large contact surfaces between motor casing and the liquid guarantees motor cooling. The resin coated power cabin is resistant against humidity and leaks. the easier cabling process favors maintenance operations and cable replacement. The stainless steel motor shaft with ceramic bush around the sealing rings offers excellent wear resistance to guarantee product durability. The device is designed with IP68 class protection and class F insulation. It operates at air delivery of 2 to 17 m3/h for depths from the inlet axis.
