The 3ch flexible monitor PCH 1014 is a multipurpose monitor with 3 channels, accepting vibration, pressure and temperature probes. Each channel can be individually configured to a wide range of settings, e.g. band pass signal conditioning with RMS detectors. PCH 1014 is very rugged and conforms to IP 67, making it ideal for stand-alone local monitoring of machine vibration and/or process parameters. It outputs AC, DC and is equipped with alarm relays.

This is a stand-alone diagnostic and vibration processors. It has a 2-4 channel that is meant for stand alone purposes.
The signal processing is depended on FFT-technology. It has a real time of 800 line full zoom FFT, envelope FFT and cepstrum that is directly connected to the monitor.

This device can monitor as many as 192 machine parts with their personal alarms.

The 4 process parameters can work with their own individual alarms. It can be sent to any machine controller where it can be graphically presented on the PC.It can also work on SCADA system.

As high as 4*8 seconds (19,2kHz bandwidth) live time waves can be stored which can be triggered by either the alarms or by the user.

It has a special CHT1009 WEB based control program it can transfer alarm as well as status over the internet. The setting can change with the help of a remote and transferred over the PC via Internet.

The standard version features 1 channel, with a frequency range of 0.5Hz to 1kHz. The unit si equipped with selectable filters, and provides the user a selection between acceleration, velocity, or displacement.

The monitor offers an online and offline FFT, through connection with RS485 net. It can be installed in a DIN rail, or enclosed in an IP67-compliant housing.
