For developing custom designs of display cabinets, light-weight frames, and electronics housing, we provide highly versatile series 25 profile beams. The beams come in multiples of 25x25 mm dimensions, and the cross-section can be redesigned to suit your requirements if the bend angle and radius are provided.
The standard version is designed to accommodate standard parts and spares. For instance, the groove (wxd = 6x6.5mm) provided accommodates DIN M5 screws, while the central bore channel (φ = 8.5 mm) accommodates direct tapping of M10 thread and the outer bore channels (φ = 4.2 mm) can house M5 thread. With little variation, all these parts also accommodates variants, for e.g., the groove can accept M4 and M6 thread; the central channel, self-tapping M6 or helicoil M8 wire thread insert; and the outer channel, self-tapping M3 or helicoil M4 wire thread insert.
