Stepper motor motor controller - max. 6.8 A | Lexium SD3 Series

The SD3, which is a universally applicable stepper drive from Schneider Electric, has a very compact and high performance drive system made in combination with the three phase stepper motors by Schneider Electric. With the reference value typically preset and monitored by a motion controller or a PLC of higher level, the SD3 also includes a compact drive and a precise 3 phase stepper motor in the package. The dimensions measuring a mere 145 mm x 72 mm x 140 mm, the Lexium SD3 can work even in confined spaces although it calls for a gearbox in most cases due to the high torque. Available in options of two different power classes and different interfaces, the SD3 is cost efficient as well. Hence the operator can simply forget about the commissioning software and the encoder systems.
