The SG8030 Series has three main features. First is the "Jerk Limiting Control" function, which decreases vibrations during motor drive and stop. This suitable for driving a belt pulley, to make transportation easier. Second is the "Sequential Positioning Operation", which dictates the whole process, making it organized. Third is the "External Signal Operation", which is useful for transporting the work to a desired location. The CW scan (or CCW scan) signal goes ON, and operation begins. Slowdown stop occurs when it is shutdown.


The series' user-friendly built makes it easier to operate, through using the four touch-screen buttons on the top panel. The number of signal lines was also decreased for easy connection.

The DS Series are on-board type drivers for stepper motors and are the perfect choice due to their easy adoption of the New Pentagon (Bipolar) motor advantage. These are ideal for tough applications that require improving current machines thanks to their lower vibrations and increased positioning accuracy. They feature high resolution, increased efficiency and reduced current requirements. Just the board-mountable driver and capacitor are all that is required.

These are specially designed for applications where the driver must be on the printed circuit board or applications where space saving is crucial. They have advantages to users when used with portable solutions where applied voltage is in the range of 12~24VDC (5VDC needed for logic). Last but not the least, the ECO function on the driver setting allows for the operating current, and settings of RUN current, to be controlled.
