The VR Series - Dry Friction Speed Variators are used in fractional and medium power drives and general purpose applications. The fully sealed enclosure with the dry friction enables a maintenance-free, reliable and safe installation. It is designed in 4 sizes with its covers and housings made of die cast aluminum for sizes 63 and 71 but of cast iron for sizes 80 and 90. The variators are equipped with output flanges. These variators are compliant with standard IEC sizes to fit the different worm/wheel and helical units.
