Danobat range of horizontal lathes is equipped with the latest technology in order to offer high production capabilities, combined with high stability, damping efficiency and excellent swarf removal. These models are capable of 2, 4 or more controlled axes movements and feature a wide range of optional modifications, making them well suited for any user-defined application. All key components are easy to reach for simple inspection and maintenance procedures. This range of machines is primarily designed for use in automotive industry applications such as crankshaft, camshaft, input/output shaft, tulip, shock absorber rod, steering rack, steering knuckle and truck rear axle.

CNC lathe - max. ø 24" |CIH/CL

The machine has a coupling thread that is used on CIH machines and may be used in a single clamping design for many machines. It has an indexing feature that allows the user to manage coupling qualities in one setup. The headstocks are prepared for assembly with hydraulic indexing to adjust the setup with care. It has a rigid body for threading needs and works with premium couplings as well.

The vertical axis turret is designed for high pressure levels with a tool coolant. The distribution of the guideways allows the unit to cut forces for an accurate setup. It has a motor that works at power levels up to 100kW or 134hp based on the model used.

The unit also has features to cut threads inwards, to pull items by cutting outwards and chip evacuation to protect the threaded space. This is available with a Siemens, Fanuc or Fagor control system and can even use a variety of coupling handling options.

The CNC lathe machine of EMCO is ideally used in manufacturing hydraulic/pneumatic components, motors and vehicle parts, sliding and rolling bearings.

The MAXXTURN 45 is equipped with a counter spindle, a VDI25 radial turret for tools, high tech driven tools, EMCO patented swing loader, and integrated with either a Siemens or Fanuc operation interface, all are encased in a compact, highly stable housing. Comes in 4 variants, each with varying spindle uses, axes and driven tools. This machine has a spindle distance of 720 mm and handles a maximum of 12 tools. It is highly stable and can withstand varying temperatures.
