The EMCO MAXXTURN 110 is ideal for turning, milling and drilling implementations. It has dimensions of 5550/6650 x 2470 x 2530 mm and a weight of 14000/16000 kg. It consists of a main spindle tool turret, a directly integrated Y axis along with a control unit of either SIEMENS or FANUC. The EMCO MAXXTURN 110 features a highly compact design with driven tools 12 time VDI50 radial turret with single-motor engineering, a remarkably accurate C axis, a stable and stiff Y axis with large travel, enhanced thermostability, elevated quick-motion speeds as well as steady rest for the machining of shafts.
