ELASTIC Bellows can be utilized to shield the equipment from any type of residues or blocks for security of operations. ELASTIC Bellows consists of different provisions and unification and their standards elements, shapes, processing ways or positions are conveniently adaptable.
ELASTIC Bellows feature a solidifying housing in the interior fold which present the bellows with greater positional solidity. This results in ensuring that its original structure is retained post direct impacts. Additionally, PP and Polyamide can be used as an optional component for the supporting housings. Moreover, the ELASTIC bellows can be accessed in various models as per the fastening of the housings to the exterior fold component. This includes the thermally fastened, HF fused and sewn applications.

The Samurai Fastlap is a lamella apron which is a variation of the manufacturer's bellows. The device is built for Z axis covers in machining centers. The substructre of the apron has a carrier metal to which the lamellas are mounted.
The Fastlap is available in three models: Fastlap, Fastlap SA, and Fastlap SB. These models vary according to how the lamellas are fixed to the carrier. The Fastlap is equipped with flexible mounted lamellas which are secured with or without pre-loading. The Fastlap SA is also fitted with flexible mounted lamellas which are hinged without preloading. The Fastlap SB has a high lateral stability which becomes useful on widths that are greater than 1000 mm.
