Gortiflex stock bellows can be used as covers for screws, rods, ball splines. They can also be applied as flexible connections where vibration, movement or misalignment is involved. Available from stock, shipment is typically within 1-2 business days. They are available in two styles: CT and CTH. CT units are made from 0.060 thick (+/- 0.010) Goralon elastomer reinforced with outer nylon stocking, and are available in 13 stock sizes: from 1 to 10 inch I.D., and 24 extended lengths. CTH units are made from 0.030 thick (+/- 0.05) Goralon elastomer, and are available in 6 stock sizes: from 0.75 to 2 inch I.D., and extended lengths of 12 or 24.

Gortiflex Die Set Shields are unique molded bellows covers packaged conveniently for easy ordering and fast shipment within 1 or 2 business days. Bellows protect ball bushings or standard die sets to lengthen life and increase operator safety. Die Shields are available in 7 sizes to cover pins from 3/4" to 2 1/2" diameter to completely seal out damaging dust, scale and chips. Die set shields are manufactured from heavy-duty, oil-resistant, Goralon material. Each set consists of 2 bellows, 2 clamps and 2 back up plates for quick and easy installation.

It is necessary to pay proper attention to closed length when rubber bellows need to replace welded or sewn bellows. There is always need of a breathing hole because of the volume change inside the protection bellows during opening and closing phases. In case of abrasive and dusty materials in suspension, a special filter can be requested for, which can be used to keep all the air clean. When there is differential inside and outside pressure, the rubber bellows should not be used. If there is depression inside, then steel rings should be fitted inside the bellow coils for contracting the push of pressure.

The available range includes a choice of 300 different rubber bellows, but only some of them are available with stock.
When dealing with urgent needs or measures that are perfectly adaptable to the device the bellow is installed on, you may want to use the modular bellows which are always on stock. Finally, production of the rubber bellows is done with the injection molding technology with the use of molds that are already existing, as well as with fixed geometries. Note that it is necessary to create a new mold if you want to obtain custom sizes and shapes.

Texpack's Compensator Bellows complies with the standard DIN 2848. They are available with different wave geometries. The geometries include the accordion type called V-shaped wave; the soft and resistant, M-shaped wave; and a rounded type, U-shaped wave.
The diameters of the components range from 7 mm up to 1,400 mm. They are made for vacuum and atmospheric pressures from PN 16. They are suitable for the applications involving the conveyance of corrosive or hazardous fluids and for foodstuffs in tubes.
The Compensator-Bellows serve as connections to feed hoppers, centrifugal separators, load cells interchanges, and connections from the rupture disk to the blow-down.
