BEX 4 is a machining spindle machine that is designed for applications requiring high demands when it comes to cutting velocities, surface finish and precision. The 3 speed ranges extend up to 40,000 RPM, while the double ceramic bearing configuration contributes towards the high performance of this device. In addition, the HSK 32 C interface is an intuitive one, with a run-out precision of 0.001 mm.
The precision ground mounting surface is of 0.005mm, parallel to the working axis, while the standard drive system is of 360 degrees, with free revolve. The spindle is equipped with a user friendly interface, to facilitate cooling of the tool internally. All functions are controlled via a CDD type servomotor. The machining spindles are engineered to enable them to be mounted inline, directly onto a UA 15 CNC slide unit.
There are several options available, including a version without a standard motor and drive system. Upon request, special spindles can also be provided, in accordance to the specifications of the customer.
