The DIN-Rail Cutting Unit ALC-02 is designed for DIN carrier rails. It features a hand lever operation which enables the cutting of profile and earthing rails. An enhanced force transfer procedure lessens the use of force, thus reducing operator fatigue. The model also enables a burr-free cutting without any loss. For accurate cuts, the shearing blade can be re-sharpened. The whole unit can be assembled on the work bench without any difficulty.

The equipment has good force transfer and hence uses less force. It has reinforced eccentric which lies directly over the sharing blade. Special fabrications are possible as also burr-free cutting without loss. The equipment proves accurate for angular cuttings with its 1000 mm length stop limit and rail-support-element. Special fabrications are possible if required, and its resharpening of shearing blade and exchangeable punch add to it being maintenance free.
