The SafanDarley B-Shear offers the exact same cutting method as the SafanDarley B-Shear except with a single blade variant with less accessories and just a handful of optional features. In comparison to hydraulic shears, very little oil is consumed by the M-Shear. Significant savings in energy as well are lower wear are provided due to the servo-electronic motor running only with the movement of the cutting beam. M-Shear also provides a cutting cycle with minimum noise. It is driven by servo-electronic motor and hydraulic pump. The oil tank is only 22 liters.

M-Shear includes the SafanDarley TS200 touch screen control. Cutting can programmed with CNC. Cutting angle and stroke length can be set automatically. The narrow strips can be cut without any torsion. It has a backgauge, which is controlled by CNC. It features safety provisions as per the European Machinery Directive.

M-Shear provides optional devices for holding pneumatic sheet, supporting the sheet and a system called Return-to-Sender. Customers can choose from over 20 versions. The cutting capacity in terms of sheet thickness is available in 4 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, 13 mm, and 16 mm. Options for working length are 2050 mm, 2550 mm, 3100 mm, 4300 mm, 6100 mm, and 6500 mm.

This multi purpose and heavy duty shear outweighs in sustainable process dependability. One of its unique features is the oscillating cutting beam with corresponding clearance angle, which results in an increased life term of the blades. Furthermore, this machine has no other moving components that can be affected by wear. Extended lifetime, superior precision and reduced maintenance collectively are displayed in the SafanDarley GS-Shear. There are over 20 execution types to choose from and cutting capacity plate thickness of 4 mm - 6 mm 8 mm 10 mm 13 mm 16 mm 20 mm 25 mm, and 1250 mm 3050 mm 4050 mm 6050 mm working lengths.

This oscillating cutting beam features a supreme static cutting angle and can be electrically installed with a power source of AC current supply 3/N/PE 50 Hz 400-230 V. The touchscreen controller is complete with a 15" TFT didplay and the unit can be moved to the middle of the shear CNC-governed cutting gap adjustment CNC back gauge. It is driven by an AC servo motor and is able to reach 1000 mm. Other features of this machine include double sided retractable with electrical interlock and finger protection down holder fence.
