The CoroMill 245-18 is used for cutting and is capable of milling surfaces with perfect finish and is usually applied with wiper inserts. It has a light cutting feature that allows it to save more energy which is ideal in ISO-P, -M and -K materials in the ISO 50 and 60 machining centers. It has reinforced cutting edges for 6 to 8 mm deep cuts in a 0.2 up to 0.4 mm feed range and a possible 10 mm maximum cutting depth. A durable cutting device which possesses a big and thick insert that enables removal of heavy chip rates.
