CNC single-blade saw, patented by Essetre, solves the problem of the finished cut of postformed workpieces by using just one blade and removing in this way the problems existing on the saws working with two or more blades.
The machine workpiece feeding is by means of grippers which go beyond the cutting axis in order to allow the automatic unloading of the offcut by means of a motorized outfeed belt conveyor.
An outfeed cross-conveyor with motorized belts allows the automatic recovery of useable offcuts.
The entire work cycle is managed by an Essetre software with cut optimization and recovery of the offcuts of the panels in order to reduce the quantity of the waste.
The Top Saw can be combined with the edge-bander Top Bord and with the working centres in order to realize completely automatic lines specialized in making finished elements for furniture out of bars and/or postformed panels: kitchen tops, wall shelves, table tops, cabinet doors, elements for office furniture.
