Also, this tool marks all the rope position that will be needed in later processing. The unit fastens marking bands to the section points so that it will be cut easily in later processes. With this functionality, it prevent drilling within the cut rope ends. All the marking bands are controlled using a program that us glued in its steel rope having a cycle time of about less than 2 seconds. The machines are characterized by their cutting method and the resulting cut quality. Plain section gaskets are made through the stretching of rubber tubes onto mandrels. These mandrels are then clamped between rotating centers, thus launching the production. A knife carriage then moves along the tubes and cuts the rings according to the specified length.
