The CKT-190 header card stapler machine is especially developed to co-operate with the CPT-300 vertical form, fill and heat-seal machine. The CKT-190 provides the packings, regardless of their size or weight with a header card at a speed of up to 55 packings per minute. For display purposes each header card can be provided with a punch hole in various shapes and sizes. Besides a simple and fast exchange of the header card cartridge there is no need for any further mechanical re-adjustments when changing to a different header card. Even when packings don't require a header card there is no need TO removE the CKT-190 from the packaging line. When co-operating with the CPT-300 all adjustments are done with the CPT-300's touch-sensitive control panel. This way the entire counting and packaging line is set-up, controlled and monitored from just one operator panel.
