The selected model will allow the packaging of film, cardboard tray, cardboard tray + film, cardboard pad + film. The LSK series is able to achieve an output rate of 40 packs per minute, based on the model of the machine and the product that needs to be handled. Pack collations will vary according to the shape of the container, the capacity and size, 2x2, 3x2, 4x3 and 6x4 are the most requested collations. All LSK machines come with a mechanical product grouping system.

The machines are used in the paper, food, pharmaceutical, confectionary and cosmetic industries. The film reel is orthogonal forwarding compared withproduct forwarding positive drawing through rollers and cut with a rotary knife. The bundle collation is in line with product exit, but outside the wrapping area. Very thin films can be used and the product feed is done by lateral belts to avoid product sliding due to high speed feeding.
