The Machine can over wrap parallel piped products completely. Materials like PVC, Cellophane and other heat sealable films from reel are used for wrapping. It is largely used in areas such as confectionery, foods, etc, industries. It consists of oil tight steel frame which contains all motions. It is easy to clean and oil bath lubrication system. Siemens PLC and Standard electric components are used.Extremely thin films can be used because of device which lifts film driving rollers in process of product elevation. It also prevents the sliding of film around the product. It has quick change over features. Documents like Maintenance & user manual, electrical diagrams with the list of components, change manual to show sequence of operation, etc, are provided.
Many other items like Film print registration unit, tear tape group, additional reel holder, machine displacement wheel and adjustable folding plates are available as option.
