The Damark MP Series L Bar Sealer and Shrink Tunnel System features an industrial shrink packaging system including combined L Bar Sealer and Shrink Tunnel. This machine is equipped with two main settings which are MP-2 and MP-3. In MP-2, it contains a basic heavy-gauge welded steel body and legs. Additionally, this settings have a shifting speed Teflon mesh belt conveyor, an electromagnetic seal jaw hold down, a 14x18"seal area, a 16" wide by 9" tall tunnel opening, electronic temperature operate on shrink tunnel, film perforator roller for vent holes, and top, side and bottom heat vents. Meanwhile, the MP-3 system contains an adjustable speed L-sealer package discharge conveyor to the MP-2s basic specs.

Damark SMC 1620 semiautomatic L-Bar sealer features an impulse sealing system, electromagnetic clamps, cushioned pneumatic cylinders, conveyors, and a film-roller support system. The sealing system is equipped with an adjustable 16x20 inches stainless steel sealing platform and innovative low-voltage control system. The film-roller support system consists of film clamps, perforating roller, and film roller changing system that accommodates rolls up to 20 inches long. In the standard version, sealed products are discharged using a variable speed conveyor. The whole operation can be easily controlled using the knobs for conveyor speed, conveyor run time, dwell time, and sealing temperature on the front panel.
SM 1620 variant comes with an adjustable table in place of the conveyor and SMCP comes with pneumatic functions. All versions are compatible with STR/B 16 and the STR/B 16A shrink tunnels.

This machine features an electro-magnetic hold down and air cushion return cylinder, a minimized voltage impulse type sealing system having an innovative electronic control system. It is also supplied with an adjustable stainless steel product loading platform, film clamps, one perforator roller and a changeable speed product discharge conveyor in the seal area.
This can easily adjustable for different sized rolls of film up to 28" long. All controls for the machine are located on the front of the machine and provided adjustments for conveyor speed, conveyor run time, dwell time and sealing temperature.
