Zepros ZV 50 model has been developed to offer a strong and stable tail lift for trucks with box bodies, without unnecessary limitations of the loading capacity. The lifting capacity is 500 kg.
The platform is made of light but robust, aluminium profiles to keep the total weight as low as possible. This optimizes the vehicles loading capacity and minimizes the fuel consumption. Platforms are available in standard lengths 1290 mm, 1490 mm and 1615 mm and widths between 1310 and 1500mm. The maximum load can be carried out to 600mm from the edge of the platform nearest to the body. This is termed the load centre.
The hydraulic unit is housed in a small cubic shaped box with motor, pump, valves and oil tank integrated very neatly. This can be located outside on the vehicle frame or even inside the body (on top of the wheel arch is popular).
The ZV 50 has 2 lift cylinders for maximum load stability and a tilt cylinder hosed vertically in the stowed position due to the geometric constraints under such small vans.

Zepros ZHZ 600 model has been developed to offer strong and stable tail lift for panel vans. It is equipped with a foldable platform to give you full access through the right hand side back door also when the platform is its stowed position. Grease free bushings and stainless bolts are used to keep the maintenance costs to a minimum. A foot plate is available as an accessory for easier access. There is great flexibility offered by the lateral folding function which see the half platform being opened out to a full width platform in seconds to ease the loading and unloading process.

Z-45/75 models fit light duty trucks with GVW up to 5T. The underrun protection (bumper bar) is designed and approved for vehicles up to this size.
The lower lift capacity 450kg Z-45 model is available for relatively light duty use on vehicles where the total permitted loading capacity is lower than 750kg.
The aluminium platform also has brackets of the same material for connection to the lift. These provide class-leading low weight solution. Standard lengths available are 1200 mm, 1450 mm and 1600 mm. Other lengths are available on request. The platform width can vary from around 1500mm upto 2540mm depending on the lift model chosen. Due to the wide variety of different chassis in this vehicle class on the market the product family has 3 different arm widths and 2 lengths. Hence 6 basic geometrical permutations are possible. The loading centre is at 600mm.
The hydraulic unit can be supplied attached and pre-connected to the support frame or as a separate unit for positioning during installation. The choice depends on the particular geometry of the installation in question and advice can be sought in our technical documentation.

Platforms are supplied in lengths from 1200 up to 1725mm and widths from 2160 up to 2580mm The load centre is at 600mm.
The hydraulic unit is installed on the support frame at the factory and hence comes pre-connected. This saves time during the installation on the truck. And allows the support frame to be small and consume as little overhang space as possible.

This 3 cylinder product has been designed for vehicles with GVW upto 12 tons. The bumper bar is classified for all vehicles upto 12 tons. Amongst the product features is the screw-on mounting brackets and 3 part underrun bar so bodybuilders do not have the concern of thinking about positioning during installation.
Steel and aluminium platforms are available for the 1500 and 2000kg models. Steel platforms, as with the rest of the ZEPRO range, are made of high tensile DomexTM plate and have been tested to show improved stability compared to previous ranges. The aluminium units are of the made of flat profiles with steel brackets connecting the lift arm and tilt cylinders to the platform.
There are however a great many accessories which are compatible with this model. Many of these can either be installed at the factory or after the lift is already in service. Read more in the accessories section.
As with other ZEPRO models, if 5 units or more are ordered you may choose special painting in the RAL colour of your choice. In the case of this model the platform and the main frame components which are the most visible are painted in the special colour.
