The optical counting machine had been projected to count products through optical measurements of the quantity of product in transit. The counting system is based on optical sensors, which are able to evaluate the sizes and quantity of product, supplying the information necessary to the machine to sort on the exit belts. The video counting system is combined to a patented conveyor system with disappearing buckets. This solution allows the identification of the precise positioning of quantities of products to obtain an effective selection at the exit: the conveyor belt is divided in specific areas, physically defined, where the product is kept during the transport; the optical system identifies the quantity of product inside every area and this quantity is then conveyed unchanged to the exit, where it can be properly delivered to create the desired batches.

Automatic counting machine / for the food industry - 45 000 - 60 000 p/h | C 06
Perfect for the counting of frozen products such as bread and rolls of medium sizes, the C06 uses 4 load cells to determine the batches of product. The products are unloaded on the entry hopper which spreads them on the bucket conveyor belt. Their positioning is designed to create 4 parallel channels. During the reading operation, the buckets stop on the load cells, reading the exact quantity of products inside. At the exit, a selection group provides to move the product on a conveyor belt which brings them to the exit of the machine.

Perfect for the counting of frozen products such as croissants, small breads, etc.
It uses from 2 to 5 load cells and takes directly the products from the freezer through a belt that brings them to the sorting unit first and afterwards to the counting machine, which detects the quantity and weight of the product which will be packed.
The operations are handled by P.L.C. which processes the analog signal generated by the load cells, selecting the ideal content for the batch.
A touch-screen allows you to monitor and modify the machine parameters at any time, for example the number of the batches, the count, the weight and the sizes as required.
