YS-080G3 are PANSONIC'S innovative handling robots designed specifically to handle tools, work pieces and welding equipment.
This robot can easily be configured so it can be utilized and integrated with a PANASONIC welding robot. Using their patented “Harmonizer Function”, both robot's operation can be fully synced with one another, building a cost-effective system. Ensuring optimal position for both the welding torch and workpieces resulting in good quality products. YS-080G3 has payload capacity of 80 kg and an arm reach of 2.24 m. It also comes in 2 variants, HS-165G3 and HS-200G3, both of which has payload capacities ranging from 80-200 kg.

The INTEGRA220 is a robotized Blister line combining the two operations of blister thermoforming and packaging in carton in a mono-block. Two sections distinguished by a small footprint that are managed by a PC composes the line. This product is manufactured with a balcony design that fully complies with the standards of GMP based on three basic concepts: versatility, ergonomics and efficiency.
All the stations are easily accessible and all the units are completely visible making the packing line very easy to clean. The blister extraction system is equipped with cycloid movement and positive motion placement which exploits suckers productively. Servo motors has control over mechanical drive of several stations including forming, sealing, perforation and coding unit, and cutting stations which proves to enhance line productivity, guarantees easy size changeover and minimizes noise.

The Robocombi is engineered on a 3-axis system that efficiently lifts bister packs and is equally equipped to handle various product types as well. Once lifted, they are fed to the carton which enables a speedy crossover time for more efficient production. More recent features of the Robocombi introduce the ability to retrieve 3 rows of blister packs at once.
