These range of items consists of the Autotrans Single Axis Lift, which can be used in the event no lateral movement is needed to the completely automated multi-programmable Autotrans Mk4 and Mk5 Minor and Major systems, which are able to accommodate loads of up to 80 kg and can work a plethora of Autotrans heads at the same time. Automated systems may account for feed and exit conveyors and load/unload stations. One of the notable features is basket recognition, which is made available on Autotrans Mk4 and Mk5 systems and enables automatic selection of the accurate pre configured cleaning process to suit the contents of the basket.

Custom end-of-arm gripper tooling that integrates the protection of wear-sensitive assemblies and the component masking features may also be built according to customized orders.

The component-manipulating robot may be positioned in two ways: it may be found in an antechamber between the load station and the blast enclosure, protected by an abrasion-resistant suit that is engineered according to the required range of robotic motion; or it may be placed outside the blast machine, with parts that allow the articulated arm to reach into the blast chamber and present the component to the controlled blast.
