EPISTOLIO Anthropomorphic robots are built in explosion proof version, with six electrically controlled axis. The arms of the robot are made in carbon fiber, in order to reduce the inertia of the masses which have to be handled during the programming stage. Moreover the robot's wrist geometry allows it to rotate in every direction, facilitating tha painting of 'hard-to-reach' surfaces.
EPISTOLIO anthropomorphic robots can be programmed bot with the auto-learning or the point to point system. In the first case the operator will manually execute the painting of the piece, while the robot will store the performed movements in order to execute the program automatically later on. In the second case, the definition of the trajectory will be made by the computer, while the operator will only set the painting parameters .
Every robot can be mounted on a carouse, hanged to one or more aerial carriages or placed side by side with a turning device, in order to obtain the best configuratiojn to fullfill Customer's requirements. For this reasons, EPISTOLIO robots can be used to paint goods of different materials and with any kind of shapes or dimensions.
