The W808, manufactured by WITTMANN BATTENFELD, is small CNC robot that can accomodate up to 3 kilograms of workload. It is ideally made for injection molding machines with up to 150 t of clamping force. This update from W801 utilizes a smaller footprint, an integrated control, and a 2 meter Z-stroke. This device also uses a fixed 0.6-meter kick-stroke design, a horizontal stroke that is available in either 1.25, 1.50, or 2.00 meters, and a vertical stroke that is available in either 0.6, 0.8, or 1.0 meters.

The W808 is identified to have quicker molding cycles as well as powerful servo drives for the three axes. Furthermore, it can be retrofitted with additional vacuum and gripper circuits.

Its compact design is constructed out of durable materials integrated with SmartBus technology which increases its flexibility and reliability. It is also integrated with a large extrusion made out of aluminum which reduces vibration on the vertical arm.

It has a maximum horizontal z-axis stroke of 2,500 mm, a maximum vertical Y-axis stroke of 1,200 mm, as well has a maximum Z-axis kick stroke of 800 mm.
