Ideal for loading and unloading applications, this robot offers the best payload in its class, of up to 20 kg, as well as the best inertia. For complex tools and mounting it has high allowable wrist moments and inertia. The robot can handle tools at high speed. The slim hollow wrist has a diameter of 50 mm with a cantilevered J3 arm. It has the slimmest wrist interference radius in its class at 110 mm which provides easier access to narrow spaces. A cable and hoses are routed through the J3 arm and J6 wrist axis. The robot is easy to operate and maintain due to the internal dress package which also ensures a longer cable life.
The maximized tool rotation range ensures there's no risk of cable interference or collisions inside machines.
