This fully automated model is equipped with a stainless steel coated vibratory feeder, a precision ground machine base for easy mounting, pneumatic drive tool with flow controls and uses a micrometer style insertion depth adjustment in order to achieve maximum process precision and production efficiency. It is intended for use with various inserts of sizes from M2 to M6 metric threads as well as No. 2 to 1/4” unified threads.
